ENDR European Young Professionals Defence Summit

The defence sector is growing rapidly across Europe, with more companies, new collaborations, and increasing demand for skills. At the same time, more young professionals are stepping into key roles – shaping the future of the sector.

In the framework of the European Network of Defence-related Regions (ENDR), the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space (DG DEFIS), together with SOFF, is organising the European Young Professionals Defence Summit in Malmö on 27–28 October 2026.

The conference brings together young professionals from across Europe to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of European defence. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, interactive sessions, and networking activities, participants will have the opportunity to engage with leading experts and decision-makers, exchange experiences, and build valuable connections across national borders.
