The Nordic company group – MW Group continues its growth journey by acquiring Third Generation Network Services (3GNS) AB and integrating it into the business unit MW Field Services. The acquisition is a part of the company’s expansion strategy to in practice, take responsibility for developing, building, and ensuring the operation of socially critical functions in the Nordic region.

MW Group is a modern Nordic defence and security group, whose mission is to contribute to a stronger society by supplying innovative and effective service solutions for socially critical functions. 3GNS is a Swedish company based in Kista, Stockholm. The company has substantial experience and is highly skilled within installation, service and maintenance in telecommunications and the operation of data centres. 3GNS has framework agreements with several major telecommunications operators and system suppliers concerning the 5G expansion in the Nordics.

Through the acquisition, MW Field Services will be extended to include the fields of Telecommunications, Power and Infrastructure.
