Freemelt’s modular systems are designed for industrial applications and complex geometries that demand high material performance.

We offer three versions of our system: Freemelt ONE, a flexible platform mainly intended for research and development, Freemelt eMELT-iD, a system designed for small-scale production, and Freemelt eMELT-iM, a scalable system built for mass production of components.

At Freemelt, we focus primarily on tungsten, titanium, and copper, while our customers also conduct development work on a wide range of other metals and alloys.
