Argo Defence Group is a growth-oriented defence group operating across both military and civil defence sectors, organised into three business areas: Defence Materiel, Counter-Explosive Risk Solutions and Airfield Operations. Established in 2025, the Group brings more than 25 years of combined experience in defence and security through its subsidiaries.

Today, Argo Defence Group operates in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Kumla, Jönköping and Kyiv, Ukraine, providing strong local presence combined with international reach.

Through its six subsidiaries – Swedish Net Air & Defence, Disarmament Solutions, Disarmament Solutions Ukraine, Zel‑Aaren Innovation, LPG Trafikmarkeringar and Poseidon Diving Group – the Group delivers a comprehensive offering spanning defence materiel, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) capabilities, airfield and infrastructure solutions. This includes mine clearance in conflict zones, disposal of conventional weapons and ammunition, advanced equipment and systems supporting Sweden’s defence capability development, as well as technical solutions for airfields and other critical infrastructure. Long‑term framework agreements and international partnerships underpin the Group’s strong customer relationships and its established position within the defence and security sector.

Swedish Net Air & Defence AB

Swedish Net Air & Defence AB is an experienced provider of services and materiel to the Swedish defence sector. The company also has extensive expertise in airfield operations, with numerous projects at both civilian and military airports.

Within the defence sector, Swedish Net Air & Defence delivers equipment, materiel, and technical systems, including container solutions for transport and storage, antenna technology, EOD and demining systems, medical training equipment, as well as technical spaces and cabinets. The company consistently ensures that all deliveries meet high standards of quality, safety, and delivery precision.

Swedish Net Air & Defence also develops and installs complete systems for runways, taxiways and apron areas at civilian and military airports. This includes runway lighting systems, instrument landing systems, control and monitoring systems, power supply and redundancy solutions. The company is established as a leading supplier in the Nordic market.

Disarmament Solutions AB

Disarmament Solutions delivers complete solutions for mine clearance and the destruction of conventional weapons and ammunition. The company provides specialised equipment, training, consultancy and documentation, with solutions used in underwater clearance, urban terrain, conflict zones and rescue services. Disarmament Solutions also offers advanced advisory services in the field of explosives safety and explosive threat management.

Disarmament Solutions Ukraine operates in Ukraine with a primary focus on business development. Serving as the business development hub for Argo Defence Group, the company identifies, develops and coordinates business opportunities in the region. The company is engaged in defence-related activities, acting as a strategic partner for implementation of products, services and innovations within and outside the territory Ukraine. All activities are carried out in close collaboration with local authorities and international partners.

Poseidon Diving Group AB

Based in Gothenburg, Poseidon Diving Group develops and markets advanced diving and breathing systems for demanding customers, including military units and other professional users worldwide. A significant share of sales is conducted through distributors serving both professional users and private customers who require high-quality equipment for challenging environments. Founded in 1958, Poseidon has in recent years gained increased attention within the defence sector. The company holds strong specialist expertise in diving equipment for cold-water environments as well as emergency breathing systems for helicopter crews.

Zel-Aaren Innovation AB

Zel-Aaren Innovation develops specialised airfield products used for concrete repairs, cable moulding and installation of airport lighting. With more than 30 years of experience in developing products and methods for sealing cracks and joints in asphalt and concrete surfaces, Zel-Aaren Innovation has built a strong international reputation. Today, its solutions are used at over 100 airports in more than 20 countries worldwide. The products are distinguished by their extremely short curing times and high durability and are specifically designed to meet the strict requirements of airports, where minimal downtime and rapid response time are essential.

LPG Trafikmarkeringar AB

LPG Trafikmarkeringar has extensive expertise in airfield maintenance, including repair, reinforcement, marking and casting to ensure safe and efficient airport operations. Founded in 2008 in Fjugesta outside Örebro, the company specialises in asphalt maintenance, such as crack sealing and preventive measures at both military and civilian airports.

LPG Trafikmarkeringar also offers drilling and sawing for electrical cabling, along with pits for the installation of airfield ground lighting (AGL). The operations are further supported by proprietary specialised machinery and methods for repair, patching and reinforcement on the airside. A significant share of revenue comes from long-term customer relationships and recurring assignments, with Swedavia as the main customer alongside several regional airports.
