INVISIO is a world-leading provider of communication and hearing protection solutions for use in noisy and mission-critical environments. Working closely with customers, INVISIO innovates and markets advanced communication systems that help military, law enforcement and emergency service personnel work more safely and efficiently with full hearing protection. The main customer base is in the US, Europe and certain Asian countries.
Market-leading systems
INVISIO provides personal communication systems for field and vehicle use, as well as Intercom systems for communication during different types of transport. Products are marketed under the INVISIO and Racal Acoustics brands.
INVISIO’s personal communication solutions enable interference-free communication and hearing protection in high-noise and mission-critical environments. The solutions comprise headsets and control units that can be connected to different types of audio sources, usually a radio. They primarily serve mobile users in the field, while Racal Acoustics addresses users in noisy vehicle environments.
INVISIO’s innovative Intercom system allows users of the company’s personal equipment to communicate within their team and also with third parties during transport on helicopters, troop carriers, rigid inflatable boats (RIB) and other mobility assets.
More than 250,000 users
Sales are primarily driven by internal teams working from the head office in Copenhagen and sales offices in the US, France, Italy, the UK and Thailand. A global network of partners and resellers also sells INVISIO products.
The company has framework agreements with customers in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Sweden and Denmark. INVISIO has over 250,000 users worldwide, including the Swedish police service and various special forces in Europe and the US.
Full focus on the core business
INVISIO’s business spans product development and sales. Product development is in close cooperation with key customers. Manufacturing is outsourced to European contract manufacturers, which provides flexibility in managing order volume fluctuations.
A profitable listed growth company
INVISIO reported average annual growth of 28 percent and an operating margin of 15 percent in the five years from 2019 to the end of 2023, despite adverse impacts from the covid pandemic. Annual revenue reached SEK 1.2 billion in 2023.
The company, founded in 1999, has more than 250 employees and has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2015.
