Nasdaq välkomnar ÅAC Microtec till First North, #ÅAC Microtec

Stockholm, December 21, 2016 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in
ÅAC Microtec AB’s shares (short name: AAC) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in
Stockholm. ÅAC Microtec belongs to the Technology sector and is the 90th company to be
admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2016.

ÅAC Microtec provides high value space solutions and systems for commercial and
governmental customers for a global market through offices in Sweden and United States as
well as through distributors. Commercial customers include leading industrial companies
using ÅAC devices in innovative products and applications. Examples of governmental
customers; the Swedish National Space Board (SNSB), Swedish defence Material
Administration (FMV), European Space Agency (ESA), National Aeronautics and
Space Administration (NASA) and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). ÅAC
Microtec has 25 employees and is headquartered in Uppsala, Sweden.
